NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

Membership in MABHE provides collaborative opportunities for professional colleagues’ at all public and private institutions in the state of Missouri. Our membership directory, committee involvement and annual conference facilitate communication with one another throughout the academic year.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

MABHE provides the opportunity for professional development of faculty, staff, and students through the annual conference and collaborative research activities. Our objective is to share our knowledge and research with colleagues on social issues, educational trends, and concerns that are vital to our professional existence.

GOVERNANCE

MABHE is governed by an executive board composed of representatives from member institutions who elect officers (President, President Elect, Treasurer, Secretary, VP Membership, VP Programs, VP Public Relations, Parliamentarian, Historian, and Immediate Past President). Nominations and elections will take place at the annual meeting. Officers are elected for two-year terms (note: bylaws & constitution).

VOTING RIGHTS & COMMITTEE PARTICIPATION

Voting is restricted to MABHE members. MABHE members are eligible to serve on standing and ad-hoc committees.
