George Winston, M.A.

George S. Winston is the Director of Admissions for University College at Washington University in St. Louis. 

 He is responsible for developing and oversees admission process, managing the recruitment and staff, and reviewing data collection and analysis for University College, which oversees continuing education, evening and part-time study of adult learners.  George’s work allows him to interact with non-traditional undergraduate students, as well as graduate students.   For more than 25 years, George has been committed to helping students of all ages, dream of a brighter future, while assisting them in navigating the college admission process. 

 Prior to arriving at Washington University in St. Louis, he worked for Southwest Missouri State University (now known as Missouri State University), Webster University, and Saint Louis University in the areas of enrollment management.

George is a proud graduate of Southwest Missouri State University, now known as Missouri State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.  He later went on to Webster University, where he was awarded a Master of Arts degree in Marketing.
